Kunming launches 15 bus lines for SSACEIF visitors

The city of Kunming, Yunnan province, has launched a total number of 15 bus lines for visitors attending the 2017 South-Southeast Asia Commodity Expo and Investment Fair (SSACEIF) from June 12-18, according to the city’s bus management company.

Apart from the original seven bus lines, it has added another seven temporary lines and 15 visitor-made lines, in hope of providing as much convenience as possible for visitors, the company said.

The original seven lines are below:

K22
It starts from the Bandao Parking Area and ends at the terminal station on Qianxing Road.

K23
It starts from the Wujia Dam Parking Area and terminates at the gate of the Dianchi International Exhibition Center.

K28
It runs from the terminal station on Qianxing Road and ends at Chenggong.

255
It starts from the terminal station at Luosi Bay and terminates at the Fubao Culture City.

Ticket for all the above five lines are priced at two yuan ($0.29) and they start to work at 7:00 am and finish at 7:00 pm.

K31
It starts from Haigeng Dam Parking Area and ends at Colorful Yunnan Gudian Famous City. The first one goes at 8:00 am and the last one at 6:00 pm. The price is four yuan.

K41
It provides the earliest bus for visitors as it begins to work at 6:00 am and finishes at 8:00 pm. The line is from the West Coach Station on Kunzhou Road to Kunming South Railway Station. The price is five yuan.

K51
It starts to work at 6:30 am, only a little later than K41 but finishes at 8:30 pm. It begins from Bandao Parking Area and terminates at Xiyue Temple on Haigeng Road. It’s priced at two yuan.

Here are the added seven temporary lines:

K21: from Kunming Exhibition Center to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

K24: from Erji Road subway station to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

K25: from Mianshan Parking Area to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

K26: from the terminal station at Luosi Bay to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

K27: from the Yuhua terminal station to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

All the above start at 7:00 am and finish at 7:00 pm with the price of two yuan.

919F
It is from Dianchi International Exhibition Center to Changshui International Airport and priced at 13 yuan. The first one starts at 7:00 am and finishes at 4:00 pm.

With the price of seven yuan, it starts from the center to Kunming South Railway Station. The first bus goes at 7:00 am and the last at 4:00 pm.

The bus company also plans to launch 15 visitor-made lines during the SSACEIF. Here are the below:

1. From Huangtupo to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

2. From Daguan Pavilion to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

3. From Beibu terminal station to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

4. From Dongbu terminal station to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

5. From Panjiawan to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

6. From Beishi district parking area to Dianchi Internation Exhibition Center

7. From Yuhua terminal station to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

All of them start to work at 7:00 am and finish at 7:00 pm and are priced at 10 yuan.

8. From Juhua village to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

9. From Erji Road subway station to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

10. From Jingkai district parking area to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

11. From Kunming Exhibition Center to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

12. From the terminal station on Qianxing Road to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

13. From Mianshan Parking Area to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

14. From Xishan district government to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

15. From the terminal station at Luosi Bay to Dianchi International Exhibition Center

All the above begin their first bus at 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and are priced at five yuan.

Visitors can also use the IC card to take the buses except the 15 visitor-made lines.
