More than 10 million passengers take Yunnan HSR trains

Recently, the number of passengers transported by Yunnan-Shanghai High-Speed Rail(HSR) and Yunnan-Guangxi High-Speed Rail has exceeded 10 million since the two rails were put into operation at the end of last year.

Right now, 70 pairs of bullet trains operate on the Yunnan-Shanghai and Yunnan-Guangxi High-Speed Rails every day. On average, the two high-speed rails transport 35,000 passengers each day. 

Starting from Yunnan, passengers can travel to cities in other 16 Chinese provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions by HSR.
