Yunnan achieves balance between development and eco-protection

Saadiq is from Bangladeshi and has been studying in SW China’s Yunnan Province for six years. He enjoys his life there. What impresses him most is that Yunnan is still a place with clean air and pleasant climate during its rapid development.

Never regret coming here, Saadiq witnessed the rapid development of the subway, high speed rail and aviation of Yunnan Province. He said that Yunnan’s the improvement of transportation ways is impressive. Talking about the reform and opening up of China, Saadiq thought that he can truly feel the benefits brought by the policy in Kunming, capital city of Yunnan.

“It is hard to achieve balance between development and environment protection, but obviously Yunnan did it well,” Saadiq hailed the achievements made by Yunnan. He said, I often travel to different places of the province and have been to Anning City, Qujing City, Luoping County and Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture. “Wherever I go, I found green mountains and clean waters. Yunnan is a really beautiful place.”
