The 2018 “Belt and Road” International Rally kicks off in Kunming, capital city of southwest China’s Yunnan province on December 6. It sees a participation of more than 130 racers, business representatives, journalists and staff members. And its route runs for more than 5,000 kilometers from China to Laos, Cambodia and Thailand.
During the event, commercial and trade promotion fairs will be held in a bid to promote business and trade cooperation between China, especially its Yunnan Province and Southeast Asian countries.
This year, the rally will last for 18 days. On December 23, the 43 off-road cars will return to south Yunnan’s Jinghong City where a track racing and the closing ceremony will be held.
