In 2018, Pu'er City's exports hit a record high

In 2018, Pu'er's foreign trade exports increased by 28% year-on-year, and the downward trend for five consecutive years was reversed, hitting a record high.

Pu'er completed the import and export of foreign trade of 1131.23 million US dollars throughout the year, and the total value of imports and exports ranked seventh in Yunnan Province. For three consecutive years, the total import and export volume reached more than 1 billion US dollars, which is one of the 7 cities that has realized more than two digits of import and export in Yunnan.
