The Yunnan deputies to the second session of the 13th National People’s Congress (NPC) have submitted 4 motions and 231 suggestions to the NPC as of March 12.

The motions and suggestions mostly involve ecological conservation, infrastructure build-up, furthering opening up, and serving the national initiatives on development.
