Kunming opens freight air route to Kuala Lumpur

The Kunming-Kuala Lumpur all-cargo air route was officially opened on January 25, operating its first flight on the same day. After mid-February, 3 to 6 flights will be seen on the route per week.

The cargo air route is the first of its kind by Kunming Airport’s in 2022, and it is also the first operated by Malaysia’s World Cargo Airlines in Chinese mainland.

The maiden flight was loaded with about 110 cubic meters of cargo, transporting fresh flowers and other Yunnan specialties to Malaysia.
