On the occasion of the 2022 China International Travel Mart (CITM), Kim, a Lao young man, has just finished a tour to the Jingmai Mountain ancient tea forest in southwest Yunnan’s Pu’er city.
Sipping tea near the century-old ancient tea trees, Kim was told that drinking tea is good for health.
"Now, I see why Chinese treat their guests with tea and present it as a gift,” said Kim. “Pu'er tea has a long history, and it tastes really good.”
The Jingmai Mountain was listed as a best tourist destination by the US-based National Geographic magazine in 2021.
