Lijiang resumes international air service to Bangkok.
Flight DR5041 took off from northwest Yunnan’s Lijiang airport and landed at the Thai Suvarnabhumi airport in Bangkok on July 11, marking Lijiang’s resumption of its international air service.
Passengers have check-ins at Lijiang airport.
The resumed Lijiang-Bangkok air route is operated by the Yunnan-based Ruili Airlines, with flights available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The air route was suspended in early 2020 amid Covid spikes, together with the routes that connected Lijiang with Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Seoul.
