Yunnan GDP rises 4.3% in 2022

According to data released by the Yunnan Provincial Bureau of Statistics on Jan. 19, Yunnan provincial gross domestic product (GDP) has reached 2,895.42 billion yuan in 2022, an increase of 4.3% over 2021. The growth rate is higher than that of the national average.

In 2022, the added value of Yunnan's primary industry reached 410.218 billion yuan, an increase of 4.9%, and that of the secondary industry was 104.720 billion yuan, an increase of 6.0%. The tertiary industry has mounted to 144.782 billion yuan, up by 3.1%.
