Pu’er gets thank-you note from French businessman

Over 120 overseas travel agents from countries such as France, the United States, Russia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and more gathered at Jimaishan in Pu'er, experiencing a tea journey that blends magnificent landscapes with profound history in Mt. Jingmai of Pu’er city recently.

After the journey, a businessman from France left a handwritten letter expressing sincere gratitude and praise for Pu'er and the enchanting tea journey at Mt. Jingmai.

The letter reads, "Pu'er City has a profound cultural heritage and a long history, and the local people are hospitable. I am grateful for the opportunity to visit here and It is great to find another tourist destination in China."

During the journey, overseas travel agents visited places such as traditional villages of the Wa people, Dapingzhang Ancient Tea Forest, and Mt. Jingmai Heritage Center. They praised the distinctive features and charm of the journey:

"As professionals in the tourism industry, this trip allowed us to understand the unique attractions of the area and the hospitality of the local ethnic minorities. When we return, we will recommend it to our clients. We had a great understanding of the local ethnic culture and traditional attire, and were delighted to participate in many welcoming ceremonies and folk performances. Everyone loved the local cuisine."

In the letter, he also mentioned that he would make every effort to introduce Yunnan to Europe!
