Advancing a blue economy think tank network

At the Second China-Indian Ocean Region Development Cooperation Forum, Zhu Cuiping stated that the research institute for Indian Ocean Economies (RIIO) will actively promote the establishment of a blue economy think tank network among China and Indian Ocean Region countries. The institute aims to contribute to Yunnan's efforts in constructing a pivot of opening-up to south and southeast Asia.
