Wild fungi become best seller in Yuxi

Relying on its natural environmental advantages, Yimen county ushered in midsummer with verdant mountains and forests in central Yunnan’s Yuxi city.

After thunderstorms and rain recently, the dense forest, abundant sunshine, and proper temperature have provided perfect environmental conditions for the wild fungi growth.

Local people in Yimen cook wild mushrooms in various ways. In addition to frying, steaming, frying and stewing also gained popularity when preparing mushroom dishes.
