Watson HPV jabs kick off in Yunnan

Wozehui, the Human papillomavirus (HPV) bivalent vaccine manufactured by Yunnan Watson Biotechnology biopharmaceutical was officially launched in Yunnan on June 28.

Used in females aged 9 to 30, the vaccine costs 356 yuan per dose and 3 jabs are included in the whole immune procedure. The vaccine prevents HPV symptoms from happening and protects against two different types of HPV.

Wozhui has been verified by the multi-center clinical study with the largest sample size among the HPV vaccines in China. The clinical data show it has good safety and protective effects, with its annual output reaching 30 million doses.
