Over 19 mil trips made in Yunnan during holiday

A total of 19.89 million trips have been made in Yunnan province during the just-concluded National Day holiday that lasted from October 1 to 7, generating a tourism revenue of 13.62 billion yuan.

The week-long holiday in the province saw most of the trips conducted by Yunnan natives, and 80.5% of them belonged to the one-day tours.

Local tourism authorities and scenic areas have adopted necessary Covid-preventive measures for a stable tourist market and dynamic consumption.
