Go Deep in Lijiang: A bite on apples growing near Mt. Yulong

Farmers in the Zhongluo village, northwest Yunnan’s Lijiang, are busy harvesting apples these days. Located atthe foot of Yulong/jade-dragon snow mountain, the village also facesthe Haba snow mountain.

With low latitude and high altitude, the village enjoys abundant rainfall and sunshine, allowing apples to grow well. And thanks tosharp temperature differences from day to night, the apples here are sweeter and crisper.
