Yunnan produces over 90% of Chinese coffee

Yunnan province now makes up 98% of China's coffee cultivation and 99% of national coffee production.

The annual coffee bean production in southwest Yunnan’s Puer city accounts for more than half of the country's total.

Customs data showed Yunnan has exported 18,000 tons of coffee beans to the European Union, ASEAN, the Americas, and the Middle East in the first half of 2022.
