Cycling festival rolls forward in Yunnan

The 2022 Colorful Yunnan Granfondo Cycling Festival kicked off in Chengjiang county of Yuxi, Yunnan province on Nov 6.

Cyclists will take part in competitions in four parts of the province, including the cities of Yuxi and Lijiang in Chuxiong Yi and Dali Bai autonomous prefecture, between Sunday and Friday.

Ever since the festival began in 2014, the cycling event has provided more than 10,000 bike lovers from all over the world with a good experience enjoying the beautiful scenery of Yunnan on two wheels.

It is also a good way for the province to promote the deep integration of national fitness and health, as well as to innovate new approaches to sports activities, which are important in Yunnan.
