Railway anniversary: New changes in China-Laos enterprises

December 3, 2022 marked the first anniversary of the opening of the China-Laos Railway. On this occasion, we interviewed representatives of five walks of life in the two countries, namely factory presidents, village heads, customs officers, school principals and train conductors. And they shared with us views on the development of the railway.

Since the opening of the China-Laos Railway a year ago, more opportunities have been brought to factories and enterprises along the route. The most obvious changes are: lower costs, higher efficiency, more friends, and wider outlets.

In the video, Duan Lisheng, head of Donglian Biotechnology Company in Yunnan and Nongluck Mahathai, manager of Elemento Pharma Factory in Laos were interviewed. They said the China-Laos railway has brought benefits for the pharmaceutical industry.
