Yunnan foreign trade up 12.1 pct in first 11 months
Foreign trade volume of Yunnan province increased by 12.1 percent year on year to 307.3 billion yuan (about 44.5 billion U.S. dollars) from January to November of the year 2022.

Exports rose 1.7 percent year on year to 149.8 billion yuan, and imports increased 24.1 percent to 157.5 billion yuan, data from Kunming customs shows.
Trade between Yunnan and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations totaled 115.8 billion yuan, accounting for 37.7 percent of the province's total import and export value.
Provincial trade with the Belt and Road countries and the RCEP trading partners were 188.6 billion yuan and 131.2 billion yuan, up by 18.5 percent and 6.2 percent respectively.
Yunnan mostly exported machines and electrical products, while importing energy, ores and agro-products.
