Go Deep in Lijiang: Summer in the yak meadow of Lijiang

Ride the cable car slowly and ascend to an altitude of 3,800 meters, visitors will reach the Lijiang yak meadow that offers a distant view of the highest peak of the Yulong Snow mountain.

The primeval forest is lush, where the melodies of birdsong and tinkling bells blend into a symphony of summer. Gentle breezes bring coolness, as the meadows and hills are now adorned in verdant attire.

Dotted by cattle and sheep, the area creates an atmosphere of leisure. With abundant summer rainfall and comfortable temperatures, summer is the prime season for the growth of alpine plants.
