Blue Pu’er coffee gets popular

During the past May Day holiday, the Xinyi coffee house in Pu’er city, southwest Yunnan province, created a cup of coffee with three layers of colors—caramel, milky white and Klein blue. The special blue reminded the public of the sky in Pu’er, making the coffee popular online.

Xinyi coffee created coffee drinks of various colors for its customers, according to changes of the seasons.
