Shuangjiang costumes shine at Cannes film festival
Several ethnic costumes from southwest Yunnan’s Shuangjiang Lahu, Wa, Blang and Dai autonomous county just made a debut at the ongoing 76th Cannes International Film Festival in France, showcasing the unique charm of the county.

A county of typical cultural diversity in China, Shuangjiang is home to 23 ethnic minorities. The Lahu have 72 types of group dance, the Wa whip a Collybia-shaped top, the Bulang dance along with beehive beats, while the Dai dance with an elephant-foot drum or simply like a peafowl.
