Pre-made dishes expo kicks off in Kunming

The 2023 Yunnan International Catering and Prepared Dishes Industry Expo opened in central Yunnan’s Kunming Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center on October 13, with 500 international merchants exhibiting some 7,000 ingredients and pre-made foods.

Covering 30,000 square meters, the expo will be highlighted by a Yunnan-cuisine promotion and a cooking competition, as well as industrial development conferences for Yunnan rice noodles and edible wild mushrooms.

 

Yunnan catering businesses sign cooperation agreements.

Hosted by the Kunming Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the expo is supported by the Circulation Industry Promotion Center of Chinese Ministry of Commerce, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Commerce and the Kunming Municipal People's Government. It will last until October 15.
