Participants of African Horn governance seminar visit Yunnan

The field visits for the seminar on governance of the countries in the Horn of Africa was launched at Yunnan Academy of Social Sciences on October 25, attracting 19 participants from Ethiopia, South Sudan, Djibouti and Somalia.

The visits in Yunnan will last until October 31, taking the seminar participants to markets, scenic areas, museums and universities in Kunming city and Honghe prefecture.

The seminar is hosted by University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, aiming to improve the African officials’ understanding to China, share experiences in managing national affairs and facilitate cooperation between China and Africa.
