8th CSA Expo to be held in Yunnan from July 23 to 28

The 8th China-South Asia Exposition (CSA Expo), also the 28th China Kunming Import and Export Fair, will be held in central Yunnan’s Kunming city from July 23 to 28, according to the expo executive committee.

With the theme of “solidarity and coordination for common development”, this year’s expo is jointly hosted by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the People's Government of Yunnan Province.

Unlike the previous sessions that fell into regional divisions, the 8th CSA Expo will divide the exhibition areas according to exhibits’ categories to facilitate business deals. Also it will set up a comprehensive zone for international trade services for the first time, in a bid improve the expo’s efficiency, market-orientation and business professionalism.

This year's expo will take place online and offline: The 15 physical exhibition pavilions will occupy 150,000 square meters, while the virtual platforms will have cloud displays, live broadcasts and online business talks.

The 8th expo will further promote trade, investment, tourism cooperation and cultural exchanges under the Belt and Road initiative. Friends from all over the world are welcome to visit Yunnan for its business opportunities and the many-splendored provincial life.
