Water from the Jinsha River (upper reach of the Yangtze River) were diverted and flowed into the Chenghai Lake, northwest Yunnan’s Lijiang city on April 21, kicking off a new round of the water replenishment for the lake.

A flock of rare birds was photographed recently at the Zhongjihai lakeside wetland in northwest Yunnan’s Lijiang city.
